明志科技大學長年推動大學社會責任（USR），以「大學能量關懷社會」為核心，深入認識在地特色與需求，並在社區參與中實踐知識的良善。

今年聚焦在地文史、產業經濟、環境教育、新住民與新二代及國際移工五大議題，與40家企業、35間團體、45所學校及百位地方夥伴攜手合作，共創多元交流成果。期待朝向「亞洲最具產業發展意識、環境與社會關懷的科技大學」願景邁進。

Ming Chi University of Technology has long been committed to promoting University Social Responsibility (USR), emphasizing the use of university resources to care for society, understand local characteristics and development needs, and put knowledge into practice through community engagement.

This year, the USR initiatives focus on five key themes: local history and culture, industrial economy, environmental education, new immigrants and second-generation youth, and international migrant workers. Through collaboration with 40 enterprises, 35 organizations, 45 schools, and over a hundred local partners, we have created diverse and meaningful achievements together. We continue striving toward our vision of becoming “Asia’s leading technological university in industrial development awareness, environmental stewardship, and social engagement.”
